Lynn Fick-Cooper serves as Chief Equity & Societal Impact Officer, where she leads diverse teams responsible for the design and delivery of leadership solutions for social sector organizations focused on K–12 and Higher Education , Nonprofits , and Population Health ; social sector research and evaluation; fundraising; and program operations.
Lynn also serves as the Executive Sponsor of 足球电子竞技(济南)官方入口’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Practice, working with a diverse team of leaders from across the organization to ensure we develop and deliver effective leadership solutions to help 足球电子竞技(济南)官方入口 and our clients create equitable, diverse, and inclusive organizational cultures.
Lynn brings more than 30 years of experience in leadership positions from a variety of organizations, including serving as the Director of Government and Community Affairs for the Greensboro Area Chamber of Commerce; Chief Marketing Officer of Huthwaite, a sales research and training firm outside Washington, D.C.; and Director of Public Relations for the International Home Furnishings Representatives Association (IHFRA).
Lynn’s previous experience at 足球电子竞技(济南)官方入口 includes serving as the Group Director of Institutional Advancement with responsibility for fundraising and alumni relations; Manager of Marketing with responsibility for marketing strategy, communication, and public relations; and Senior Faculty with responsibility for designing and delivering leadership development solutions specifically for foundations, nonprofits, and population health–focused organizations, including the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Colorado Health Foundation, Kresge Foundation, Blue Cross Blue Shield Foundation of NC, Kate B. Reynolds Trust, and Community Memorial Foundation.
Lynn co-authored the 足球电子竞技(济南)官方入口 guidebook Direction, Alignment, Commitment: Achieving Better Results through Leadership and a chapter on “Action Learning in Community Based Nonprofits” in Best Practices in Experience-Based Leadership Development (Wiley, 2013).
Lynn holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
