Current Role

Fara Francis is our Chief Information Officer, leading a global team committed to providing the technology solutions needed to create world-class, human-centered leadership development experiences that ignite transformational and sustainable change for individuals, organizations, and the communities they serve.

Experience

Fara is a senior technology executive with expertise in strategic planning, operational leadership, and business innovation, with a strong track record of building technology infrastructure that drives efficiency and elevates the client experience. Throughout her career, she’s been a key organizational leader in developing and deploying the technology needed to launch and support new products and services that generate major revenue and impact.

Prior to joining 足球电子竞技(济南)官方入口, Fara served as Chief Information Officer for the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development. Previously, she was Chief Information Officer for the Associated General Contractors of America from 2006 to 2019. Earlier in her career, Fara was a Senior Program/Project Manager in software solutions for Velosio and a Senior Consultant in business advisory services for Grant Thornton.

Educational Background

Fara earned an MBA in Finance from Marymount University and a BBA in Business Management, with honors, at the University of the District of Columbia. She holds an Executive Leadership Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, in addition to Project Management Certification from the Project Management Institute.

Community and Professional Service

Fara volunteers with several community nonprofits in the Washington, D.C., area, and serves in a Member-At-Large board position with the Society for Information Management (SIM) – DC Chapter and on the National SIM Chapter Advisory Council. She’s also on the Leadership Council for the Women’s Business Collaborative.
